About the Test

What is J-CERT?

J-CERT is a Japanese language proficiency test that measures the Japanese you need for daily life and work. It is run by a Japanese public-interest foundation and held in Bangladesh through J-CERT Bangladesh.

Results are given on the international CEFR scale (A1 to C2), and each level is matched to a JLPT level, so it is easy to see where you stand.

How to Take J-CERT at EETC

Apply Online

Submit your details on jcert-bgd.com and choose your level.

Choose EETC

Select Excel Education & Training Center as your test center.

Pay at Our Office

Pay the test fee at EETC, Panthapath. Call us for the current fee and dates.

Get Your Voucher

Your test voucher is emailed before the exam, or given at our center on exam morning.

Exam Day Schedule

  • 6:30 – 8:30 AM — Arrive and check in (voucher check & photo)
  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM — Reading
  • 10:20 – 10:50 AM — Listening
  • 11:00 – 11:45 AM — Grammar
